Whereas, accused namely Muhammad Saleem s/o Haji Arbab Mirani, who was remanded into your jail custody in the above subject case/crime has been granted bail by this Honourable Court in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, and one deponent namely Shafi Muhammad s/o Gullu Mirbahar, r/o village Abul Mirbahar, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
