Whereas, accused namely Sadaruddin s/o Ghulam Hussain Mirani, who was remanded into your jail custody in the above subject case/crime has been granted bail by this Honourable Court in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, and one deponent namely Shafi Muhammad s/o Gullu Mirbahar, r/o village Abul Mirbahar, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, with directions him/them to appear before this court.
