Whereas, accused namely Sadaruddin s/o Hussain Bux Mirani, (in remand name of accused is written as Sadaruddin s/o Ghulam Hussin by caste Mirani), who was remanded into your jail custody in the above subject case/crime has been granted bail by this Honourable Court in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, and one deponent namely Shafi Muhammad s/o Gullu Mirbahar, r/o village Abul Mirbahar, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
