Whereas this court has order to that proceedings of the present case are kept in abeyance vide order dated: 05.12.2024 with directions that accused Imamuddin @ Aman son of Gulsher @ Bagan Chandio be released on furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- (five lac) to the satisfaction of this Court. The prosecution is at liberty to get the case re-opened as soon as the complainant/P.Ws appear. The accused is directed to attend the Court whenever summoned.
Today the required P.R bond has been furnished by the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- (five lac), which is accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release the below named, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case of custody after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 50,0000/ (five lacs).
