AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused persons before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicants/accused persons in the above mentioned case and crime number.
AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused person and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused persons on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty Only) each with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
