Whereas, a bail Application u/s 497 CrPC has been filed by the counsel on behalf of applicant/accused named above before this court and whereas this Court has hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named accused, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty rupees only) and PR bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release him in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case of any Court. The PR Bond of accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused is directed to appear before trial Court.
