Whereas, the below named accused has been admitted to bail by the court of Honourable Additional Sessions Judge, Kashmore in below detailed case/crime vide order dated: 09.12.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.309/2024, Re-Ahmed Ali and another V/S The State, such certified copy of order received to this court vide letter No. 653/2024, Kashmrore, Dated: 10.12.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (in words fifty thousand rupees) & P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and same is accepted.
You are therefore, directed to release the below named accused in the below mentioned case/crime forthwith (if he is no more required in any other case/crime), with further direction to obtain LTI/Signature from accused over bail bond and send the same to this court for office record by informing him to appear before this court on 12.12.2024 at 08:00 am, without failure.
