WHEREAS, Accused Amir Ali S/o Muhammad Sharif by caste Gopang is sentenced for the period which he is already undergone and fine of Rs.500. he is taken in custody. In default of non-payment of fine he shall further undergo of simple imprisonment for 03 days. Accused paid the fine of Rs.500/- before this court today i.e 11.12.2024 and therefore immediate release if he is no more required in any other crime.
