SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IMRAN KHAN SON OF ALI NAWAZ BY CASTE BADANI JATOI, IN CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 456/2024-SCJ SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN OUT OF CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1006 OF 2024 IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION S-80/2024, REGARDING: IMRAN KHAN V/S THE STATE UNDER SECTION: 302-337-H2-148-149-PPC CRIME NO: 13/2023, POLICE STATION: CHAK.

                        Whereas applicant/accused namely Imran Khan Son Of Ali Nawaz By Caste Badani Jatoi, preferred appeal from Judgment/Order of the High Court Sindh Larkana Bench dated 26-07-20245 before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, for allowing of appeal/grant of bail after arrest, through his counsel Mr. Azhar Hussain Abbasi Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan allowed the appeal and granted bail after arrest to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (in words Two Laces), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified through online.

                        Thereafter such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this court, which is accepted by this court.

                        You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (in words rupees two Laces), for appearing before this Court on: 17-12-2024, at 08:30 a.m.
