SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED ALI RAZA S/O KHALIL @ MEHAR DEEN KALOO, MARWARI RAJPUT IN SPL.BAIL APPLN.NO.288/2024, (ALI RAZA VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.184/2024 OF P/STATION CITY, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9(1)(3)(b) OF CNS ACT, 1997 AMENDMENT ACT, 2022.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ALI RAZA S/O KHALIL @ MEHAR DEEN KALOO, MARWARI RAJPUT and upon hearing Mr.Sarfaraz Kondhar, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, learned DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one RUBINA W/O MAHAR DIN has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ALI RAZA S/O KHALIL @ MEHAR DEEN KALOO, MARWARI RAJPUT from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
