Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Abdul Ghaffar son of Abdul Majeed by caste Chandio vide B.A dated 11.12.2024 in Crl. Bail Application No.47/2024 filed in Crl. Case No.124/2017 Re-State versus Sikandar Ali Magsi & others (Abdul Ghaffar Chandio) for the offence under section 353, 225-B 224, 186, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.113/2014 of PS A-Sec: Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 16.12.2024 at 08-30 am positively.
