Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has granted bail to the below mentioned accused subject to furnish surety in the sum of Rs:500,000/- (in words five lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount vide order dated 05.12.2024. The accused has furnished required surety.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in some other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond in the equal amount Rs:500,000/- (in words five lac rupees) for his appearance before trial court, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
