One deponent namely Abdul Ghaffar S/O Meer Mohammad Bhutto R/O Vilage Haji Bheeno Tarat Taluka Ubauro District Ghotki has filed affidavit along with form-VII-B for standing the surety of accused Bhai Khan S/O Nawab by caste Bhutto in the sum of Rs 50,000/- fifty thousand only and same has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the accused Bhai Khan S/O Nawab by caste Bhutto in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in some other case/crime.
