Subject:-    RELEASE WRIT

                 Whereas, applicant/accused Noor Muhammad S/o Ghulam Rasool Panhwar has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                         And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Ghulam Rasool S/o Noor Muhamamd Panhwar R/o Village Makhdoom Bilawal Taluka & District Dadu which has been accepted today.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Noor Muhamamd S/o Ghulam Rasool Panhwar from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend the trial Court.
