Whereas the below named accused have moved an application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused, bail have been granted to the above named accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- only each P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the below named accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- only each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted.
