Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely 1.Naseer Ahmed S/o Badal Jatoi & 2.Muhiuddin S/o Badal Jatoi, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicants/accused have granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each (thirty thousand ) with PR bonds in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each (thirty thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1.Naseer Ahmed S/o Badal Jatoi & 2.Muhiuddin S/o Badal Jatoi, in from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (thirty thousand) from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicants/accused be directed to attend this court on 17.12.2024 at 08:30 to face their trial.
