Whereas, applicant/accused Fahad alias Abdul Aziz son of Dilmurad Mugheri, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 11.12.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.128/2024, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Fahad @ Abdul Aziz Mugheri V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 452, 506/2, 337-Hii, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.406/2024 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 19.12.2024 withoutfail.
