Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the below-named applicant/accused in Crime No. 219 of 2021, under Sections 114, 34, 504, 506/2 PPC, PS Mehar, subject to the furnishing of a personal recognizance (P.R.) bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- to the satisfaction of this Court in the aforementioned case/crime. Such P.R. bond has been obtained from the accused.
You are hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused from your jail custody immediately in the subject case/crime, provided he is not required in any other custody case/crime, upon the submission of the P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- by the accused. A copy of the bond shall be sent to this Court for office records.
The accused is further directed to attend this Court on 23-12-2024 at 08:30 AM to face trial in the above-mentioned case and crime.
