Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely Gulzar S/o Ghulam Hussain by caste Lund, in this Court, after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused named above, the applicant/accused has been granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Gulzar S/o Ghulam Hussain by caste Lund, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join the investigation/trial court to face his trial.
