                        Whereas the applicant/accused Sudhir @ Abdul Qadeer S/O Dost Muhammad by caste Shar Jalbani who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 324, 353, 34-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One lac rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicants have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One lac rupees only)  for his appearance beforethis court on 18-12-2024 at 08.30 a.m.
