Whereas in the below mentioned case/crime, the learned counsel for the below named accused person filed bail application before this Court which was allowed to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- ( Two Lac) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2024, as accused has furnished required surety, which is accepted today.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith from your custody, if he is not required in any other case/crime, with direction to below named accused person to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz: 24.12.2024 at 8.30 am. The P.R Bond to be obtained and submit the same before this Court on or before the date of hearing without fail.
