                         WHEREAS, the below named applicants/accused persons in the above noted case and crime are confined in your jail.

                        AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused persons before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicants/accused persons in the above mentioned case and crime number.

                        AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused persons and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused persons on furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hunrdred Thousand Only) each with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicants/accused persons in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred thousand Only) each with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicants/accused person forthwith, if they are not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hunrded Thousands Only) for appearance before the court and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
