Whereas, the above named accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant before court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Shahid Hussain Bhatti, Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, the court of Ld Civil Judge & JM/Consumer protection Court has ordered dated.24.02.2024 that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named below his/have furnished the required surety before this Court.
