Subject:    RELEASE WRIT.

          Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of applicant/accuse Asad Ali son of Abbas, by caste Lund, before the Honourable High Court, of Sindh Circuit at Court, Hyderabad for grant of post-arrest bail, in the above mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned  advocate for applicant and learned A.P.G for State, the Honourable Hyderabad High Court has ordered that the applicant/accused is admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees one lac) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

           And Whereas, required surety has been furnished by one  Ghulam Shabir Hyderi son of Muharram Ali Balcoh and P.R bond in like amount to the satisfaction of this Court on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is accepted.

           You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Asad Ali son of Abbas, by caste Lund from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees one lac) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend this court on the date of hearing viz:02.01.2025 at 08:30 a.m.
