Whereas, the accused namely Ali Dost S/o Imam Buksh by caste Jamali has granted bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with PR bond of like am order bearing No. 122/2024 dated. 18.12.2024. The said accused was remanded to your jail vide remand
And whereas, the requisite surety on behalf of the above accused has been furnished in the Court by applicant/ surety namely Ali Gohar S/o Imam Bux Jamali R/o khatar Station Po Seri Taluka Latifabad Hyderabad, today as required, which is accepted after verification.
Now, you, the superintendent is hereby required to release the below named ONE accused person, if, he is not required in any other custody case or crime, after proper verification and after due course of law.
