Subject:-    Release writ.

          Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely 1.Rajesh @ Raju S/o Ramesh Kumar & 2.Tarique S/o Imamuddin Lund, in this Court, after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicants/accused named above, the applicants/accused have been granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (One lac) each and PR bond in the like amount.

                   And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused have been furnished in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (One lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.

                   You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1.Rajesh @ Raju S/o Ramesh Kumar & 2.Tarique S/o Imamuddin Lund, from your jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (One lac) each from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicants/accused be directed to attend this court on 04.01.2025 at 08 08:30 A.M to face their trial.
