Whereas, the above named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the Learned Civil Judge-I & J.M Jacobabad, to face the pending trial Under Section 324,114,148,149 PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail in person and where Mr Izhar Ali Malghani Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/C DPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/-(One Lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.
You are, hereby required to release forthwith above named applicant/accused from your custody, if he is not required to be detained in any other case after executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:100,000/- for his appearance before the IInd Civil Judge & J.M Jacobabad without fail and certify execution of this writ within two days after its receipt.
