SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD IHSAN S/O MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE KHAJJAR CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO. 269/2024, RE- MUHAMMAD IHSAN VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.11/2024 POLICE STATION KANDHRA, UNDER SECTION 9-B CNS ACT.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  MUHAMMAD IHSAN S/O MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE CASTE KHAJJAR and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Panjal Ghangro, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Mr. Muhammad Irfan  Son of Muhammad Ishaque Khajjar  has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD IHSAN S/O MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE CASTE KHAJJAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
