Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicants/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand) each with P.R Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicants/accused has been furnished by one Javed Ali son of Nawaz Khan Solangi, R/o Ward No. 2 Sita Road, Taluka K.N Shah, in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand to the satisfaction of this Court.
