Whereas, applicants/accused Aijaz Ali S/o Tayab Legahri & Asif Ali S/o Gulab Leghari has been granted post arrest bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Muhammad Aslam S/o Tayabuddin Leghari R/o Village Qasbo Taluka Johi District Dadu and Ghulam Umar S/o Ali Bux Leghari R/o Housing Society Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused applicants/accused Aijaz Ali S/o Tayab Leghari & Asif Ali S/o Gulab Leghari, from your jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
