WHEREAS, this court has granted post arrest bail vide order dated 20.01.2024 to the applicant /accused Nizamuddin son of Shah Nawaz by caste Magsi in B.A No.09/2024 filed in Sessions Case No.247/2022 State Versus Asgher Magsi and Others bearing Offence U/S 302, 34 PPC bearing Crime No.10/2022 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan in the sum of Rs.200,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the required surety is furnished on behalf of applicant/accused which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant /accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the applicant/accused be sent to this court and applicant/accused be bond down to appear before this court on the date of hearing viz: 18.03.2024 without fail.
