Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of accused Taj Muhammad @ Jabal S/o Bahar by caste Mahar and upon hearing Mr. Samandar Ali Shaikh , counsel for the applicant/accused(s) and Mr. Abdul Haleem Shaikh Learned DDPP for the state this court has granted bail of the above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- only (in words thirty thousands rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
