                     Whereas, applicant/accused Peeral S/o Jan Muhammad Khoso has been granted post arrest bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                     And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Mehboob Ali S/o Ali Gohar Khoso R/o Village Ali Bux Khoso Taluka K.N Shah District Dadu has been accepted.

                    You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Peeral S/o Jan Muhammad Khoso, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
