SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SIKANDER @ SHIKREE S/O ABDUL REHMAN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.290/2024, RE- SIKANDER @ SHIKREE MIRBAHAR VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.219/2023 POLICE STATION C-SECTION SUKKUR, UNDER SECTION 9 (b) CNS ACT.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  SIKANDER @ SHIKREE S/O ABDUL REHMAN BY CASTE MIRBAHAR and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Jabbar Shaikh, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro ADPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Mai Allah Rakhi Wife of Ali Anwar  has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SIKANDER @ SHIKREE S/O ABDUL REHMAN BY CASTE MIRBAHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
