Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Sagheer s/o Shah Hussain Qambrani subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Gulzar Hussain s/o Muhammad Waryal Qambrani appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Sagheer s/o Shah Hussain Qambrani, from your jail, at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this court for office record. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 21.01.2025 to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
