Applicant/accused namely Akhtar Hussain Son of Shafqat Ali Hingoro filed bail application in below mentioned case and crime. After hearing bail granted to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.

                   One Shafqat Ali Son of Muhammad Bux Hingoro R/o village Khat Lashkar Khan Taluka K.N Shah submitted affidavit he stood surety on behalf below named applicant/accused in below mentioned case and submitted saving certificates bonds of Rs.20,000 as surety. The counsel of applicant/accused submitted statement for genuineness of saving bonds. Order passed surety accepted provisional subject to verification.

                   You are hereby directed to released the Applicant/accused namely Akhtar Hussain Son of Shafqat Ali Hingoro in below mentioned case and crime if he is no more required in  any other case of custody. Obtained PR bond from accused and submit same before this Court. Accused be directed to appear before this court on 26.01.2025 to face his trail.
