WHEREAS, below named UTP/accused has been admitted to bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana vide order dated.09.01.2025, in Criminal Case No.143/204 State Versus Muhammad Murad and Others, for offence under section 4 RW 8 Men Puri Ghutka Act PPC, in Crime No.166/2024 of PS Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.50.000/- in word (Rupees Fifty thousand) each and P.R Bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of below named accused has been furnished which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from accused and same be sent to this Court, while accused should be bound down to appear before this Court on 23-01-2025 at 08:30 am without fail.
