Whereas, the UTP/accused Gulzar Ahmed S/o Muhammad Siddique by Caste Leghari, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 16.01.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.57/2025, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Gulzar Ahmed Leghari V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9(i)(3)(b) CNSA, arising out of Crime No.03/2025 of Police Station Mirokhan, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
