Application No.46/2025 RE Saleem Junjh Versus State for offence under sections: 322, 279, 427-PPC in crime No.44/2024 of Police station Gaji Khuhawar, in the sum of Rs: 300,000/ in words (three lac) in the like amount with P.R bond.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of applicant/accused which is accepted by this court.
