WHEREAS, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Zakir Hussain S/o Roshan Ali by-caste Manganhar, in sum of Rs.10,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount in Criminal B.A No.02/2025 re- Zakir Hussain Vs. The State for the offences u/s.4/8 of Sindh Prohibition Gutka Mainpuri Act 2019 in Crime No.56/2024 of P.S B-Section Shahdadkot. However, required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
Therefore, you are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other case/crime or custody. The accused should be bound down to appear before this Court on 23.01.2025 @ 08:30 AM, without fail.
