Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused namely Asad Ali son of Mumtaz Ali, and Shahbaz son of Hussain Bux both by caste Mastoi, vide order dated:- 10.01.2025, in Cr. Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 28/2025, re Asad Ali Mastoi & another Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s:- 324, 353, 401, & 34-PPC, vide Crime No. 57/2024 of PS Behram in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands) each and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
