Whereas, applicant/accused Asad Ali son of Mumtaz Ali, 2. Shahbaz son of Hussain Bux have been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 10.013.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 29/2025, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Asad Ali and another V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324, 353, 401, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 221/2024 of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand each) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused persons have been furnished by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
