Whereas, applicant/accused Shahbaz son of Hussain Bux Mastoi, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 10.01.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 31/2025, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Shahbaz Mastoi V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 24 SAA, arising out of Crime No. 223/2024 of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused person has been furnished by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
