Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Waseem son of Faiz Muhammad @ Faizo by caste Jatoi, vide order dated:- 20.01.2025, in Cr. Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 68/2025, re Waseem Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s:- 324, 337Fi, 148 & 149-PPC, vide Crime No. 01/2025 of PS Sijawal in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
