Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely Abdul Hakeem S/o Rab Rakhio by caste Lund, in this Court, after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused named above, the applicant/accused has been granted bail in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Abdul Hakeem S/o Rab Rakhio by caste Lund, from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join investigation/trial court to face his trial.
