Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

                     Applicant/accused namely  Abdul Sattar Son of Allahwarryo Mangi filed bail application in below mentioned case and crime. After hearing bail granted to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing PR bond  Rs.10,000/- on an other persons and with PR bond of acused in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.

                   One  Sleem Ali Son of Allah Warrrayo Mangi  submitted affidavit he stood surety on behalf below named applicant/accused in below mentioned case and submitted saving certificates bonds of Rs.10,000 as surety. The counsel of applicant/accused submitted statement for genuineness of saving bonds. Order passed surety accepted provisional subject to verification.

                   You are hereby directed to released the Applicant/accused namely Abdul Sattar Son of Allahwarryo Mangi in below mentioned case and crime if he is no more required in  any other case of custody. Obtained PR bond from accused and submit same before this Court. Accused be directed to appear before this court on 28.01.2025 to face his trail.
