Whereas the above mentioned case has been kept in abeyance vide ordered dated 16.11-2020, with directions to release the accused Nazeer Ahmed subject to furhnished surety in sum of Rs.100,000/- only ( Rupees One lac only) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this Court. Accused will appear before the Court as and when required till appearance of the material withness and surety be kept intact till appearance of the material witness. The required surety furnished by the accused which has been accepted today.
