Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Lakana has granted bail to Applicant UPT/Accused Parvaiz Ali son of Sofan Chandio in Ist Crl Bail Application No.S-307 of 2024 RE Nasir Latif and another Vs the state for offence under sections: 324,395,148,149-PPC in crime No.56/2023 of Police station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs:100,000/ each in words (one lac) each in the like amount with P.R bond.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of applicant/accused which is accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named applicant UTP/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/Crime and he be bound down to appear before this court on the date of hearing 10.02.2025 at 08:30 am.
