WHEREAS, below named UTP/accused are facing trial in your jail in Criminal bail application No.02/2025 State Versus Liaquat Ali and another , for offence under section 506(2),337-A(i),337-F(i),147,148 PPC, in Crime No.05/2025 of PS Warrah, in the sum of Rs.5000/- in word ( Rupees Five thousand Rupees) each and P.R Bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of below named accused has been furnished which has been provisionally accepted by this court.
