P.C by this Court vide Judgment dated 29.01.2025 passed in Sessions Case No. 281/2024 The State versus Muhammad Rafique Khoso and others for the offence punishable under section 302, 324, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 40/2022 of PS Qubbo Saeed Khan.
